  • Faith: We believe God for the impossible, trusting that His ways and timing are perfect.

Thriving in Our Team Culture

At ATCCC, we value individuals who bring a positive and collaborative spirit to their work.  We seek those who
are:
  • Humble:  This means consistently putting others first and making every interaction positive and impactful, whether with a client, a donor, or a fellow team member. It involves active listening, genuine care, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Hungry: This describes a drive to excel in your role and a passion for continuous learning and growth. It’s about taking initiative, seeking out challenges, and striving for excellence in all you do.
  • Smart:  This refers to strong social and relational intelligence. It involves the ability to connect with others effectively, build rapport, and represent ATCCC positively in all interactions.  It also means recognizing that every team member plays a vital role in our ministry’s success.
Our team culture is built on collaboration, mutual support, and a shared commitment to our mission and vision. By embodying these qualities, you’ll contribute to a positive and encouraging environment where everyone can thrive and make a meaningful difference.
