I was stuck in a horrible cycle of addiction to alcohol and drugs. I felt so helpless and hopeless because I knew I didn’t want to live that lifestyle of destruction and I knew there was more to life than substance abuse. God showed up outside of the Lighthouse Mission through one of their staff who was sharing about the love of God. I was connected to the Adult & Teen Challenge women’s program. God was answering my prayers right in front of my very eyes!
I packed my bags and left for the Brandon Women’s 4-tier live in program. I’ve been in the program for almost six months and God has completely transformed me into a new creation in Christ Jesus my Lord and Saviour. Thanks be to God, my beautiful boys can now look up to a mother that has been redeemed and restored to life. Glory to God Almighty. He makes everything brand new!
